What begins as a conversation can become a movement.
Over the years, I have written about leadership, STEM, equity, mentorship, sponsorship, belonging, resilience, and the human experiences that shape our personal and professional journeys.
Some of these articles were born from lived experience. Some emerged from conversations that challenged my thinking. Others were inspired by the students, professionals, educators, leaders, and changemakers I have had the privilege to learn from and work alongside.
